Make A Difference
Donations are crucial to the success of our organization. They go directly to the cost of operations, providing education and a better quality of life for our participants with intellectual and developmental disabilities. The funds we receive from the state never completely support all the services we offer, so we rely on the support of the community to make up the difference. All donations are tax-deductible.

While we encourage donations at any time of the year, our Annual Appeal takes place each fall. We hope you will consider a donation in support of the programs and services we provide to individuals and families with intellectual and developmental disabilities.
Make your donation go even further! If your employer offers a matching gift program, we encourage you to consult with your human resources department to find out if your donation qualifies. Call us at (973) 664-1770 if you have questions about matching gifts.
Appreciated securities can provide an attractive means of giving. Through this type of gift, an individual can receive a charitable income tax deduction and avoid paying tax on the capital gains that would be due if the stocks were sold.
A gift of securities may be made by transferring the stock to Avidd Community Services. Please note: it should not be sold to a broker; it must be transferred, which is a simple process.

Remembering Avidd & Bethel Ridge in your will or trust is a special way to leave a legacy of empowerment, encouragement and support. A donor can indicate a certain item, an amount, or a percentage (the residue) of their estate.
Avidd & Bethel Ridge provides memorial cards to honor the memory of a loved one with a donation to support our programs. Contact our development office for more information.
We accept most cars, trucks, trailers, boats, RVs, motorcycles, off-road vehicles, heavy equipment, and other motorized vehicles. Vehicles do not need to be in working condition. Contact (855) 500-RIDE or click here to arrange for pickup.
Avidd Community Services of NJ & Bethel Ridge Corp. are 501(c)3 tax-exempt, non-profit charitable organizations. Donors should consult with tax advisors concerning the applicable federal and state tax law.
Volunteer opportunities are always available at Avidd & Bethel Ridge. We need people who want to share their talents at our group homes and apartments as well as assist with social and fundraising events.
